This Cookie Policy explains how Level Up Softwares LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with Kismet — our website at mykismet.app and the guest web experience. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

The short version

We use only the essential cookies needed to run our website and keep you signed in where you choose to be. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or any cross-site tracking, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Cookies we use

On our website (mykismet.app): our marketing site runs on WordPress and sets cookies only in limited cases — for example, if you sign in to manage the site, or if you leave a comment and ask the site to remember your details. A typical visitor browsing the site is not tracked.

In the guest web experience: when you open an invite link, we use a strictly necessary session cookie and a security (CSRF) token so we can keep you connected to your crew and protect the form you submit. These are essential to the experience and are not used for tracking.

In our mobile apps: the Kismet iOS and Android apps do not use cookies. They keep you signed in using secure authentication tokens stored safely on your device.

What we do not use

  • No advertising or marketing cookies.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
  • No cross-site or cross-app tracking, and no data brokers.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you or refuse cookies. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may prevent parts of the site — such as signing in or submitting a guest form — from working properly.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
